STRONGER THAN YOUR EXCUSES & YOUR WORKOUT OF THE DAY




We all have areas of our lives where we make excuses instead of actions. Let's make this our motto for today (and always) to be stronger than our excuses, to take action even if we don't feel ready, to just show up and start whether we are motivated or not, to just do something every day to get us closer to the life we desire, the body we desire, the love we desire, the person we desire to be.


Todays exercise challenge:
1. 30 Jumping jacks
2. 10 Spiderman pushups
3. Plank hold on elbows for 30 seconds
4. 30 One leg Hip thrusters each leg
5. 30 leg raises (make sure low back stays on the floor the whole time)
